  The wait was ridiculous. Went to two appointments there and both times waited over 2 1/2 hours. When I made my initial appointment was not informed of the wait time, they had a sign on the wall when I was registering. When I asked the lady who was registering me to confirm that the wait time could be between 3 - 6 hours she responded with such an attitude. By the time I was seen my blood pressure was through the roof. The first "Dr" that seen me was a student and couldn't really answer my questions. She had to get her attending and he stayed in the room all but 5 minutes. The second time I went was a month later. Nurses were a little more friendly but you can tell that they don't like their jobs. The second "DR" that saw me was yet again a student. He was asking me if I had had my ultrasound yet, and I told him no, the first doctor never scheduled me. He seemed really shocked. (Its not a good thing when Doctors dont communicate with each other. Makes them seem incompetent). Well the "DR" went on to find my baby's heart beat with the hand held dopler machine and couldnt find anything and even had the nerve to tell me that with his lack of experience he is not sure what he was doing. (NOT COMFORTING AT ALL). So then he went to get his attending who came in the room, told me it was normal not to hear the heartbeat by 11 weeks and not to worry, and then left as soon as she came in. This place is NOT personable. I feel like I get better service walking into a gas station. The "DR's" are uneducated. The attending's are rude and do not explain anything. They do not communicate with each other. And because of the lack of experience with the "DR's" they are unable to answer simple questions. If you are looking for a good prenatal experience DO NO COME HERE!!! About 10 years ago I would have rated this clinic with 5 stars. However now, its a piece of crap place to go. Oh and I forgot to mention. When I was finally given the paperwork to get an ultrasound (yea they don't do it in the clinic area anymore) I was given an appointment a month out. That means I would not be getting my first ultrasound until I was 15 weeks nor would I be hearing my baby's heartbeat until then. Not very reassuring for a mom to be!!!!!
