- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The front desk workers are not reliable! And neither is the accountant associate. No one seemed to listen when i specifically scheduled an appointment for a procedure I was able to pay for. I was recommended extractions, but because my insurance doesn't cover it, I don't have the money to pay for it right now. No one seemed to understand that! Because when I came in today for the appointment I could pay for I was told that I scheduled the extractions by three different staff associates when I know what I clearly said and could afford. Then trying to get everything situated this accountant was STILL trying to say since I scheduled it I should just get it all done today. Was no one listening? I DID NOT SCHEDULE THIS!! It was very frustrating and they were no help at all. Then my dentist tried to get me to get a root canal instead which was twice the amount of the extractions. All I wanted was to come in for what I scheduled. My procedure took no more than 9 minutes, I was here for over an hour! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tooth broke off last night and they were able to take me today. My Dentist moved to temecula so I was nervous about trying a new place. They were amazing. I couldn't afford anything out of pocket and we found a treatment plan that was covered by my insurance and I opted to pay the $75 for nitro since it was a 3 1/2 oral surgery. I've never had it before I usually spend hours in pain feeling everything because I have Crohn's disease and the medication and chemo throughout the years have destroyed my teeth. I wanted to come post because usually I have dentist anxiety but I won't going forward coming here. Already made appointments for my family. So happy with my experience today.
